🛂 Boarding pass — staff will scan it to verify you are actually departing today.
🪪 Passport — required for customs clearance on certain items (especially alcohol and cigarettes).
Timing — Avoid the Rush
⏰ Pickup counters are busiest 60–90 minutes before major departure waves (07:00–09:00, 13:00–15:00). Queues can reach 20–30 minutes at these times.
✅ Aim to collect at least 2 hours before your flight, ideally right after clearing security.
⚡ Some operators have an Express Collection lane — look for the sign or ask the staff. If your order is pre-paid and ready, you can often skip the main queue.
