These Terms govern the conditions of use and procedures for information (parking, congestion, airport bus, etc.) provided by AirParking, and define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the site and its users.

Article 2 — Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Data provided on this site is sourced from the Public Data Portal and the Incheon International Airport Corporation API. Due to the nature of real-time data, discrepancies with actual on-site conditions may occur as a result of network delays or provider system errors.

This site is provided for reference purposes only. AirParking accepts no legal liability for any economic or personal harm arising from decisions made based on information on this site (e.g., missing a flight, finding a car park full, etc.).

Article 3 — Intellectual Property

All intellectual property and copyright in blog content, user guides, and design elements originally created by this site belong to AirParking. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or crawling is strictly prohibited.

Article 4 — Changes to Terms

AirParking may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be announced on this page with the effective date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
